Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within UAE. All prices on our website are inclusive of all international shipping, VAT, Duty and import fees, you will not need to pay any additional charges at delivery. Orders are delivered to you DDP - Delivered Duty Paid.

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Future Expansion:
We are exploring opportunities to expand delivery to additional Middle East countries.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivered from USA to UAE within 10-15 days from hte date of purchase. Some items warehoused locally in UAE for ease of shipping may be delivered within 7 days - these will be indicated on the product page.
Orders placed before 03:00 PM (GMT+04:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Most products have a total estimated delivery time of 10–15 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery from USA to UAE, depending on supplier processing, international transit, and customs clearance. Some items warehoused locally in UAE for ease of shipping may be delivered within 7 days - these will be indicated on the product page.
Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
International Sourcing & Delivery
All products listed on our website are sourced from verifiable USA suppliers and retailers and shipped from the USA, with the exception of specialty items that may be sourced from USA and warehoused in UAE for faster delivery.
Shipping Process
Courier Services:
We work with reliable international and local logistics partners including Fedex, UPS, ICC Worldwide, Aramex, eShipper and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Lost Orders:
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping partner.
Refunds & Cancellations
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
