- Bowitzki Water Activated Split Cake Liner makeup is *NOT A GEL LINER + NOT WATERPROOF* Each pot has two colors, 5g/pot,you can use each color seperately, OR use them together to create gradients, or mix them to get a new shade.
- Highly pigment with opaque formulation,It can be widely used as eyeliner,Graphic liner,face paint and body paint.
- Our retro liners dry to a smooth matte finish and do not smudge or transfer.No crack and won't fade until it's removed.
- It is water based,so you can easily activated and clean up with water.
- How to use: Add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!(Always use carefully around the eye area. not recommended for the immediate waterline area as this product is water activated)
