- Extract by non-alcoholic solution
- Oral use: 2 - 3 times daily, 15-30 drops (approximately 1/2 - 3/4 tube) each time, diluted in 100ml plain warm water and drink before meal (water is to improve the pungent taste of propolis, amount could vary. Hot water is not recommended)
