- L.A. Girl Matte Flat Finish Pigment Gloss, like most other matte formulas, dries down completely matte. For a more comfortable wear, use a lip primer or lip balm prior to application, although this is not required.
- L.A. Girl Matte Flat Finish Pigment Gloss formula is a hybrid of lipstick and lip-gloss; therefore it is sticky upon application and dries down quickly. It is recommended to apply one thin layer to lips and allow to completely dry before adding any additional layers. For best results, try to avoid rubbing lips together before the formula dries down completely. To remove, use an oil-based makeup remover.
