- The versatile formula can be used as a liner or deep shadow and applied traditionally dry or wet.
- Using a Trish eye lining brush, press firmly into the Eye Definer. Test the color and remove excess powder by pressing the tip of the brush on the back of your hand to ensure you have the desired amount of pigment. Place the brush on the outer corner of your eye, pressing and wiggling across your lash line toward the inner lash.
